What keto cheat meals can I make?
I'm talking ribs, steak, chicken, whatever. Something big and tasty. Something you'd have maybe once or twice a month.
Side note: Whiskey? How bad is it to drink on keto? I know there's zero carbs so…? And I'm Scottish so giving up whiskey is like asking an Olympic sprinter to give up a leg.
