Trying to estimate Meringue quantity
I'm wondering if any of you know approximately the volume of meringue that one large egg white makes? I know it varies based on lots of factors, but I just need a ballpark here.
Sidenote, it's ridiculous that I wasn't able to find the answer to this seemingly simple question. I mean, people clearly know otherwise nobody would know how many eggs to use.
