Saw a suggestion to use grinded up dry pinto beans- anyone have experience?
I saw this:
suggesting that you apparently can get nutrition out of dry beans that are extremely old
Combining with beans being a top protein per dollar item
I'm wondering if I can incoporate something similar into daily life since beans are supposed to be extremely healthy.
I immediately think of adding a touch to breaded chicken. However, can you think of places to add it to in dishes like Stir Fry? Alfredo? Fried Rice?
I don't mind if its added extra calories, I just dont want to destroy my recipes texture.
