Repurposing loaded potato stuffing?
I decided to make loaded baked potatoes but when I took them out of the oven for the first time and sliced/scooped em, two of them fell apart to the point of not being able to hold anything so I had to ditch em. Problem is now I have all this extra potatoey-cheesy-bacony goodness that I don't want to just throw out. Any ideas on some things I could do with it?
