Pork fat question
Hi all, I just made an 8 lb Porchetta, I have about 2 cups of fat and 2 cups of fat, 2 cps of meat juice. What can I do with it?
Basically since the pork was basil/fennel/cayenne rubbed, I don't know what to do with fat and juices that has that flavour profile. Any ideas?
