I prepped six days of keto meals and I feel like a badass [pics][recipes][meal plan][meal prep]

Really pretty proud of myself cuz I never do this. I feel so ready!!! Each day clocks in between 1360-1410 kcals give or take and between 12-20 net carbs depending on the combo of meals I choose. I also add some hwc to my coffee so that bumps it up a little.

The Menu

Breakfast: 2 hb eggs, 3 strips of precooked TJ's bacon

Lunch/Dinner: 3 dishes x 4 servings each = 12 meals for 6 days of eating. I like this amount of variety cuz I'd get sick of eating the same exact thing every day.

The prep

  • Prep curry for instant pot, throw it all in and follow settings for pressure cooker

  • Boil 12 eggs

  • Prep salmon, toppings and broccoli mix, bake in oven 18 min

  • Prep veggies for beef dish

  • Brown beef, then remove and divvy up into meal containers; sautee veggies with fat in beef drippings. Add to meal containers and top with cheese.

  • Clean the pan and sautee some frozen cauliflower rice. Divvy up, add curry when finished depressurizing.

  • Pack up the salmon meal once it's cool.

  • Peel eggs and add bacon strips in baggies.

  • Do a ton of dishes but then you're DONE FOR THE WEEK!!!
