I have one small tub of ricotta cheese in the fridge. How can I use it up?
I made ricotta and spinach cannelloni the other day and only used up one out of the two tubs of cheese. I hardly ever buy ricotta and I'm at a loss of what to do with it. Any super simple ways I can work it into a recipe?
