Fried chicken question
Okay. So my latest quest has been to work on getting my fried chicken game on. I've got a pretty good tasting batter going, but I can't seem to get it to stick to the chicken while frying. I've tried multiple dredgings. Dredging in various stuffs (milk, egg, water, flour). I just can't get it right though.
What's your secret for fried chicken?
