At what point does the quality of food shift to just being preference?
As there becomes more and more access to higher quality ingredients, would we reach some sort of peak quality and then quality becomes a matter of preference?
Thinking about all of the coffee shops that I live by brought this up. A lot of them have pretty good coffee and at this point you choose what you prefer.
