Are stainless steel pans the best of both worlds when it comes to non stick vs cast iron?
I was told that stainless steel can be good for searing like cast iron but also cooks meals like scrambled eggs decently well like non sticks. I'm planning of organizing a strict budget kitchen for the upcoming university and I was wondering if this is true. Thanks.
